The Korean text pronunciation feature (🔊) is only available for Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Opera browsers.

Noun + / 이면

면 - if a word ends in a vowel, 이면 - if ends in a consonant

In the previous lesson we learned how to use Korean grammar -면 / -으면 with verbs and adjectives. In this lesson I will show you how to use it with nouns.

For sentences that end with nouns, use -면 / -이면 to say "if". (e.g. Is it okay if it's a bag?)
