Verb, Adjective + 기 때문에
In Korean grammar, -기 때문에 is used to explain the reason of a certain action or situation. -기 때문에 can be attached directly to a verb or adjective stem or tense suffixes such as -겠 or -았/-었/-였. -기 때문에 can be translated as "because of", "since", "due to". When -기 때문에 is used, the sentence that comes before -기 때문에 explains a reason of the action. And the sentence that comes after -기 때문에 explains the result caused by this reason.
