Verb, Adjective + ㄹ까요 / 을까요?
ㄹ까요 - if a word ends in a vowel or ㄹ, 을까요 - if it ends in a consonant (except ㄹ)
In Korean grammar, -ㄹ까요? / -을까요? can have different meanings depending on the context. It is attached to verbs and adjectives.
-ㄹ까요? / -을까요? is used to ask for someone's opinion or to make suggestions. It can be translated as "shall we", "why don't we".
-ㄹ까요. / -을까요. are used in formal polite and informal polite speech styles.
-ㄹ까. / -을까. are used in casual speech style.
